blah blah on the internet |
I just want to say. I don’t actually like Christopher Hitchens. I considered tagging my two posts last night accordingly, in that whispery tumblr fashion, but then I noticed that he’d just died and I felt kind of like an asshole. But now I feel less like an asshole so let me just say, I don’t really dig Hitch.
I kind of dug those Commandments though and the idea that death is brought to you freely.
And we can love things that are problematic, and troubling, and weird, and as long as we’re aware of those things it’s not really a big deal. Nobody on the internet can judge your awareness of those things, either, except when they totally can and those are moments you should welcome, not fear.
